1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

kd333 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending further review.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of kd333 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number and a chosen username and password. You agree to update this information promptly should it change at any time.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the kd333 platform. If kd333 discovers that a single individual holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same or different personal details — kd333 reserves the right to close all such accounts immediately, void all pending and settled bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit all balances held within them.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kd333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your account lifetime:

• Government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kd333 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at kd333's sole discretion. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by kd333, although your mobile wallet provider may impose its own transaction limits. kd333 is not responsible for any transaction limits imposed by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by kd333 within 15–30 minutes on average during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance or where a KYC review is pending. kd333 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of any identity or fraud verification check.

4.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. All withdrawal payments will be sent only to the same payment account used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. Deposits from accounts registered in another person's name will be returned (minus any applicable transfer fees) and no betting activity may be conducted using such funds.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals on the kd333 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kd333 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. Any currency conversion costs associated with a player's personal banking arrangements are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

Bets are accepted only from registered, verified and logged-in kd333 account holders with sufficient available balance to cover the stake. A bet is confirmed and binding only when kd333's system issues a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. kd333 reserves the right to decline any bet request without providing a reason.

5.2 Odds and Markets

All odds displayed on the kd333 platform are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. kd333 publishes odds in decimal format. In the event of a discrepancy between the odds displayed and the odds at the moment of system confirmation, the confirmed odds on the bet slip shall prevail.

5.3 Void Bets

kd333 reserves the right to void any bet — whether before or after settlement — in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; the bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a system or data feed error; the bet is found to involve corrupted or manipulated sporting data; or the bet was placed in breach of any section of these Terms.

5.4 Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are offered on selected events including cricket, football and other sports. Live betting odds update continuously. It is your responsibility to ensure your intended bet is placed at the correct odds before confirming. kd333 will not accept claims based on a player's assertion that the odds changed between their intention to bet and their actual confirmation of the wager.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

kd333 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual events, sports categories or market types. These limits will be communicated on the relevant betting interface where applicable. kd333 is not liable to pay out any amount exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit regardless of the stake placed.

6. Casino Games

The kd333 casino section includes live dealer games, RNG slot games and other casino-format titles supplied by third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt and Microgaming. The rules governing each individual casino game are determined by the game software provider and are displayed within each game interface.

kd333 does not manipulate the outcome of any RNG-based slot or table game. All RNG game outcomes are produced by certified random-number generation systems within the software provider's platform. 7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a kd333 account must be wagered a minimum number of times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion description. Bets placed on certain game types (as specified per promotion) may not count towards or may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

kd333 actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; coordinated multi-account bonus claiming; and structured deposits timed to exploit promotional windows. Where bonus abuse is identified, kd333 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and to restrict or close the account concerned.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice. It is the account holder's responsibility to monitor the expiry date of any active bonus.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kd333 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Opening or operating more than one kd333 account
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account details
• Any involvement in, or facilitation of, match-fixing or the manipulation of any sporting event
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit promotional pricing in a manner not intended by kd333
• Harassing, threatening or abusing kd333 staff or other platform users via any communication channel
• Attempting to launder money or process funds obtained through criminal activity via the kd333 platform
• Accessing the kd333 platform using a VPN, proxy or other technology to mask your true geographic location

9. Account Suspension and Closure

kd333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of any provision of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; responsible gaming concerns; or at the account holder's own request.

Where an account is closed by kd333 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no Terms breach has occurred, the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the kd333 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
